- After placing the order you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail/Telegram and a link to payment according to the selected method.

- Be sure to write us if you need help - we will answer all questions about each of the items, help with selection, individually find for you something that is not yet in the catalog

- The day before the end of the rental period, we will contact you and offer you several options for further action: lease extension, return or exchange
- If you decide to extend your rental, just leave the items with us for the desired extension period and make the payment online (the longer the rental period, the lower the cost!).
- In case you want to return the items or part of them, we will arrange a time for a courier to come to you

We'll take it:
With care for things and the environment
- On the appointed day, prepare the items for return/exchange and make sure that all small parts and accessories (covers, power cords, instructions) are in place
- All items must be returned in the condition in which they were handed over to you, with normal wear and tear accepted (minor stains, scratches, scuffs), still usable for future rentals.
- If the item is broken or not returned, you will need to reimburse the contractual value of the toy minus the amount paid for the rental fee
